Returns & Exchanges

ERL offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items may be ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
